AES meetings are open to everyone ... men, women and children. You are welcome to attend our meetings and find out what the AES is "all about". All members can exercise their voting rights on issues discussed at the general meetings.
Members may also attend the Board Meetings but only Board Members may vote on Board related matters. If you have specific concerns and/or questions regarding Arizona's elk, our meetings are the perfect venue for you. And if your schedule fails to provide you with enough time to have supper prior to the meeting, you may bring carry-out food with you and eat during the meeting.
Casual or work attire may be worn. We are always seeking new volunteers to help with the work that needs to be done.
If you want to become an active participant there are numerous committees and plenty to do .. you need only decide to make a difference.
